J. Michael Beech has been performing throughout New Zealand and Australia with Princess Cruise Lines for the past three years. For RLT, he has performed in Miss Nelson is Missing! and Petite Rouge: A Cajun Red Riding Hood. He has taught RLT classes in acting and voice, and choreographed the 2009 RLT production of Cabaret.
Lawson Taylor Bennett trained with John Ruggero in Raleigh, Michael Zenge at UNC, and has been teaching private and group piano since 2002, as well as accompanying solo vocalists and ensembles. He also teaches at Family Piano Academy and from his home in Raleigh.
Judy Dove has taught theatre arts for 19 years with WCPSS. She and her husband, Kent, met at RLT 25 years ago and have three children, all of whom have followed a path into the arts!
Jennifer Eacret graduated from ECU with a BS in Dance Education. She has taught in Wake County since 1993 and currently teaches dance at Washington GT Magnet Elementary School and Holly Springs School of Dance.
Katie Gentry is the art teacher at West View Elementary School and has been teaching for eight years. She received her BA in Secondary Education with a specialization in Art (K–12) from Marshall University.
Susan Hill is a graduate of S.U.N.Y. Purchase with a BFA in Dance. Susan has been a Wake County Dance Educator for 15 years teaching at the elementary and middle school levels and currently is teaching at Mills Park Middle School in Cary. She continues to enjoy performing on stage in the annual Nutcracker presented by City Ballet.
Barbette Hunter holds a BA in Speech/Communications from NCSU with post graduate training in acting at UNC-G. She has earned three performance awards and two technical theatre awards from RLT. Barbette is proud to be a veteran volunteer with 28 years of experience at RLT.
Yvonne Koch is an elementary music specialist for Wake County Schools. She has taught music to children around the globe, including students in India and Israel. Yvonne also performs around the Triangle with the vocal ensemble, Encore Singers.
David McClutchey received his certification as an Advanced Actor/Combatant with the Society of American Fight Directors, and has staged over 75 fights in the Triangle. He has won two performance awards at RLT, and has multiple Best Actor and Supporting Actor awards throughout the Triangle.

Susan Meyer studied theatre at Western Carolina University and has taught a variety of classes and age groups here at RLT for a number of years.
Lucius Robinson spent much of his youth taking classes and performing with the RLT Education Program. Since then he has earned a BA in Performance Studies from UNC-Chapel Hill and studied/trained with the University of Minnesota/Guthrie Theatre BFA, the Dell’Arte School of Physical Theater and with RADA. He has worked with many theater companies in the Triangle area and beyond.
Kathleen Rudolph has worked with RLT’s Education Program for the past 16 years. After receiving her BA she continued her education at Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute and Herbert Berghof Studios in New York. Kathleen’s most recent directing credits for RLT include Snoopy!!!, Really Rosie and The Adventures of Nate the Great!
Dan Sipp spent eight years in Chicago studying, performing and directing at The iO Theater. He now runs The Worx Training Center in Raleigh. He began performing with Transactors Improv Company in 1988.
Mary Kathryn Walston has a Master of Music in Voice Performance and Pedagogy from Meredith College. She is a singer, actress and private voice instructor. Mary Kathryn has been the Musical Director for RLT’s Petite Rouge: A Cajun Red Riding Hood, Peter Pan, Bunnicula, Snoopy!!! and Really Rosie.
Alison Williams taught first grade for many years before pursuing her career as a choreographer. She received her MA in Dance Choreography and Performance from UNC-G. Alison has choreographed over 20 shows in North Carolina. Alison manages and teaches at The Dance Center of Greensboro.
Renee Wimberley has been involved on stage, back stage or in a classroom at RLT for nearly 30 years! She holds a BA in Theatre Education from UNC-G. A home school mom of three, her passion is theatre arts integration and training teachers, home educators and ministry leaders to use creative drama to enhance their learning environments.
Linda O’Day Young has been involved in theatre education for the past 28 years and has designed and taught drama classes for ages 18 months to 94 years and for various special needs populations. Her most recent directing credits for RLT include The Hundred Dresses, Jungalbook, Gooney Bird Greene and Her True Life Adventures and Merry Christmas, Strega Nona.
