In The Spotlight (Knightdale)

Ages: 10-13

It can be a little frightening to have all eyes on you, but all that changes when you know what you’re doing. In this class, students will learn and review skills, concepts and techniques every actor needs to know in order to be a well-rounded artist. Through the use of scripted and original material, students will learn to speak with confidence whenever they feel they are “in the spotlight” such as in the classroom, at an audition or on stage.

We will have a lot of fun with theatre games but also focus on skills that actors need to use when performing some of those same games in front of an audience.
