Charles Phaneuf takes the reins as RLT's new Executive DirectorThe next chapter in the life of one of the country’s longest continuously operating community theatres begins today as Charles Phaneuf becomes RLT's next Executive Director. The RLT Board of Directors unanimously chose Charles to lead the 76-year-old Raleigh cultural institution forward after completing a national search with the aid of Armstrong McGuire, LLC.
